Description of Products/Services

Exhibit Guidelines
In order to preserve the quality of WOMEN’S SHOWCASE 2010, these rules must be followed:

A. All products/services displayed or sold from must be listed on application and pre-approved.

B. All exhibits must be professional in appearance (example: no handwritten signs, boxes out of sight, etc.).

C. Display, materials, and products must be within the confines of exhibit.

D. There will be an additional charge for the following: tables, chairs, table covers, skirting etc. from Convention Services and/or electricity or phone line from the Civic Center. An order form will be sent to you in September.

E. Food sampling requires a health license and prior approval from producer and the Civic Center.
