I-94 from East:
I-94 to County Rd. 75
Follow it toward St. Cloud
To Washington Memorial Dr. and turn right
Follow to Highway 23 and turn right
Follow to 4th Ave. and turn left.
Civic Center will be on the right side, next to the Kelly Inn.

I-94 from West:
I-94 to County Road 75
Stay on County Road 75, it will turn into Hwy. 23, until you come to 4th Ave.
Turn left on 4th Ave.
Civic Center will be on the right side, next to the Kelly Inn.

From Hwy 10:
Take the Hwy. 23 Exit toward St. Cloud
Follow to 4th Ave. and turn right
Civic Center will be on the right side, next to the Kelly Inn

Hwy 15 from North:
To Highway 23 and turn left.
To 4th Ave. and turn left.
Civic Center will be on the right side, next to the Kelly Inn.

Hwy 15 from South:
To Highway 23 and turn right.
To 4th Ave. and turn left.
Civic Center will be on the right side, next to the
Kelly Inn.

Hwy 23 from East:
To 4th Ave. turn right.
Civic Center will be on the right side, next to the Kelly Inn.

Hwy 23 from West:
To 4th Ave. and turn left.
Civic Center will be on the right side, next to the Kelly Inn.
